Description:
A Vehicle Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering new and pre-owned vehicles to our customers while creating a feeling of excitement about their purchase. Starting pay is $15 per hour.
As a Vehicle Delivery Specialist, you will train to become an expert on facets of vehicle technology and applications including smartphone setup and integration, and communicate that knowledge to customers. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, articulate, familiar with technology, has the patience to teach, has a high energy level and outstanding customer follow-up skills
Responsibilities:
During the Delivery responsibilities include:
- Be able to meet and greet and interact with customers effectively
- Provide a complete explanation of vehicle features, warranty and maintenance schedule to customers
- Personalizing the vehicle delivery to the customer’s needs and answer customer questions regarding product features and benefits
- Ensure a smooth transaction by confirming that all delivery paperwork is filled out correctly and signed by the customer
- Following-up with customers after the sale and all deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
Other responsibilities include:
- Locate and collect technical Subaru information and make it available as a resource
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of all vehicles in the current model line-up
- Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Provide an outstanding customer experience in each customer interaction
