802 Toyota is looking for an assistant service manager to join our Service team! Previous service experience and team management experience is preferred. Great attitude essential.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain a high level of shop productivity, technician efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Sustain the dealership’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.

• Conduct comprehensive training, monitoring and feedback programs for all service department personnel.

• Maintain all shop records so that they are current and complete.

• Prioritize safety in the shop, the lot, and all areas of the service department.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a dealership a plus
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• A great attitude and work ethic
• Enjoy taking pride in a job well done
