We are one of the fastest growing dealerships in Vermont and we need a Service Manager to help take us to the next level. Our main focus is Employee and Customer Satisfaction so you must have exceptional managerial and people skills. The successful candidate will work directly with the Service Advisors managing the Customer Service Experience. The Service Manager is responsible for how we present ourselves to our Customers who we want to feel like Welcomed Guests.

Requirements:
- Currently a Service Manager or Asst. Manager at a new car dealership
- Toyota experience a plus!
- Ability to oversee and supervise a staff of 15 – 20 Service Technicians
- A solid foundation of automotive knowledge
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Able to focus on customer service and CSI scores
