Meet Courtney Rouille
Vermont native Courtney Rouille has a genuine love for customer service and working with people. Although she’s never been skiing or snowboarding, she loves all the seasons in Vermont. Courtney works “behind the scenes” at 802 Toyota Scion as the Business Development Manager. See what else Courtney has to say in the Q&A below.
Q: How long have you been working at 802 Toyota Scion?
A: Since December 26th 2011
Q: What was your position when you first started here and what is your position now?
A: I started out as the Guest Services Receptionist for the dealership and today I am the Business Development and Customer Relations Manager.
Q: What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
A: I spend lots of time with my two kids, Chris and Brielle and my partner Brian. We love family activities like fishing, hiking, and cooking together.

: What is one thing about you that you want people to know?
A: My job really is to ensure the upmost customer satisfaction. If you EVER need anything, from parts to service to sales. If you want to tell me about a great experience you had, or a not so great experience, I am truly here to listen and help!
Q: What is one thing about you that even your coworkers might not know?
A: I am a HUGE “fraddy-cat.” I don’t like heights, spiders, scary movies, fast cars, etc.
Q: Why do you like working at 802 Toyota Scion?
A: I love working at 802 Toyota because of the atmosphere. It’s really like family here and we strive to invite and welcome customers to the 802 Toyota family!
