***Busy Honda Parts Department seeking a full-time parts and counter sales associate to help meet the demand for Honda Parts and Accessories***

802 Honda, located in Berlin Vermont, is looking to expand our Parts Department team! Experience is preferred but we are willing to train an exceptional individual with a good attitude, a strong work ethic and who is motivated to join our team.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Ordering, stocking, and helping to maintain inventory control
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Providing exceptional customer service to retail customers
• Assisting 802 Honda service technicians
• Helping outside repair shops by accurately looking up and ordering parts

Requirements

• Good communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
• Basic knowledge and comfort using computers
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and good at working independently as well as with other members of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, honesty, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done are a MUST!
