802 Honda is growing faster than we can keep up! An Automotive Service Advisor trainee is needed for our busy Service Department. You will assist Service Advisors working with customers to help them with maintenance and repairs on their Honda vehicles. Your duties will include: answering phones and emails, collecting and filing customer service repair records, and recommending maintenance and repair items to customers. This position offers excellent earning potential and chance for advancement.

Requirements: 

• Must be able to provide customers with an amazing service experience
• Excellent communication skills in person, over phone and via email
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task
• Comfortable using computers
