Our Customer Service Representative position is for a true ‘people person’ that enjoys engaging with others over the phone. This position is an entry-level position with the potential to grow and advance within our company for the motivated individual.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls and emails for our sales and service departments
• Place follow-up calls and emails to customers
• Represent our dealership in a friendly and professional manner at all times
• Maintain efficient and detailed records of contacts and appointments
• Answers customer inquiries and fulfill requests
• Additional duties as needed

Requirments:

• A great attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• A professional appearance at all times
• Ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers via email
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS word, excel and Google Docs
