Phil Daley Service

Phil Daley: 802 Toyota Service Director

Framingham State grad Phil Daley has been with 802 Toyota since August 2008, but he’s been working in the auto industry since the blizzard of 1978; starting out with washing cars. Phil’s favorite restaurant is Five Guys and his favorite season is summer, where he can go boating and fishing with his boys. Jim Lubas Service

Jim Lubas: 802 Toyota Assistant Service Manager

Jim Lubas is a certified Toyota Service Writer. He has been in the automotive business over 25 years. Jim’s knowledge of Toyota vehicles makes everything easier for you! Although, our Service Writers are highly trained, Jim has the extra advantage of actually knowing the ins and outs of your Toyota engine. He is a Toyota Master Tech., Toyota T10 Graduate, an ASE Master Tech., an Adjunct Instructor of Automotive Dept., received the 2006 Customer Satisfaction Award, and was named the 2006-2007 Presidential Award Winner for Toyota. PerryPerry Fleming: 802 Toyota Service Advisor

Perry Fleming, a Vermont native and graduate of Whitcomb High School has been working in the auto industry for ten years, and  started at 802 Toyota in 2010. Perry’s favorite food is pizza, but he loves the Onion Flats restaurant in Bethel, Vt. Amber Dudley: 802 Toyota Service Advisor 

Amber Dudley has been an 802 Toyota Service Writer for three years. Her favorite Vermont beer is Switchback, but her favorite restaurant lays in Worcester, MA., at O’Connor’s Restaurant. Richard Velez


Richard Velez: 802 Toyota Service Advisor

Before making the transition to Service Writer, Richard Velez  previously worked in the prep & recon dept. at 802 Toyota Scion. He attended Lyndon State College and his favorite place to travel to is Florida. He enjoys eating at JP Morgan’s Steakhouse in Montpelier, VT, and if he could have any car it would be a Lexus IS450. Michele Miller Service
Michele Miller: 802 Toyota Warranty Administrator

Michele Miller is your one stop Warranty Administrator. She knows the who’s who of warranty claims. If there’s a question about whether or not your service is covered under warranty, Michele either has the answer or she knows who does. She has been with 802 Toyota since 2003, and prior to her working with warranties, Michele worked as a file clerk and then as a Service Advisor. She has received numerous certificates from Toyota University for Warranty Fundamentals, Codes/Abbreviations, Record Keeping, and Claim Processing Systems. Michele has also been trained in the Scion Customer Service Process.
