In honor of this special, we thought it’d be nice to suggest a few places that we think are excellent Leaf Peeping locations; a few that you drive to, and a few that you drive through. Our personal favorites to drive to are Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Ben & Jerry’s, Cabot Creamery and really anywhere on Lake Champlain or in the mountains! My personal favorite is Cold Hollow – what better way to enjoy fall than with a cup of hot cider, a delicious cider doughnut and vast views of the surrounding mountains and scenery. Perfect Vermont.
As far as driving through, we found this list of Vermont roads that currently have the best foliage in the state, marked by their “full color and near-peak”, but I think 89 is picture perfect too!
